1. Can you mix and match styles and actions?

Yes, we are able to offer a wide selection of chairs to suit your design preferences and suitability. You are able to mix and match different chair styles, sizes, and finishes.  We offer fabric, leather, water resistant, and pressure relieving finishes to meet your riser recliner chair requirements.

2. Do you carry out after-sales or is it passed to a sub-contractor?

We will take care of all your after-sales and warranty requirements directly. As with all products there may be instances when after-care is required. As we are committed to serving the Midlands area we can respond to your needs promptly unlike some national retailers whom may ask you to return the riser recliner chair to them or ask you to wait until they are in your area. We carry most parts in stock therefore can usually carry out a repair in the first visit leaving you to resume enjoying your chair.

 

3. Do you deliver and install the chair?

We offer an all inclusive delivery and engineered set-up service within the Midlands area. A two man team will deliver to your room of choice where the item will be unpacked, assembled (if required) and the packaging disposed of for you.

 

 

4. How soon can you respond to after-sales call-out?

We are committed to serving the Midlands area therefore can respond within 24 hours of your enquiry.

5. Do you carry out repair of chairs bought elsewhere?

We prioritise customers who buy from us, therefore reserve our resources to exclusively serving them.
